PremiumBill Administrator (2 Days)

This class focuses on configuring the PremiumBill system to your billing rules. Participants will learn how to set up their Bill Plans, Activities, Due Days, Legal Days, and how to use the parameter sets to achieve thier business goals.

Prerequisites: Strong understanding of your existing billing system and rules

PremiumBill User (3 Days)

This class focuses on using the Billing system. Participants will learn how to view policy receivables, process installments, post payments, refunds and how to handle routine billing maintenance functions.
