Download Spec information can be found at www.VertaforeCarrierCommunity.com. This includes Personal, Commercial, Direct Bill Commission Statement and Flood download.
Requests for Vertafore Test Systems can be sent to Download@vertafore.com. Please indicate which systems access is needed, and the contact information as to who to send the login information to at the company.
Company Unique Coverage Code list updates can be sent to Download@vertafore.com. These lists should highlight the updated codes and their descriptions and only include true company unique codes, no ACORD codes please.
Agents reporting problems with your download should be directed to log a case with Vertafore Customer Support. Tell agents to provide details of download issue and if possible, attach the data that caused the problem.
What Service to Expect
The Download team will assist with download certification, implementations and issues your company may have with any of our management systems. Your company will have access to download specifications, mapping docs, etc. Your company will also have access to test systems for download testing as requested.
